Partner
Vijayaragavan is a partner of "N V S R S" and a computer science engineer turned out to be a Chartered Accountant. He started his accounting carrier journey as Articled Assistant in "Yoganandh & Ram" chartered accountants and promoted as manager in the same firm for a period of 6 months after his professional qualification in 2009.

He associated with a captive KPO arm of Multinational company for short tenure. Subsequently, he continued his carrier in "ASA & ASSOCIATES LLP" over a period of 8.5 years. Relationship between N V S R S and Vijayaragavan began in January 2020. Namakkal branch operations are managed and taken care by him.
His primary domain of expertise is Auditing which includes Statutory, Tax, GST, Internal Audit, etc. His responsibility was one point of contact to the client requirements. It made him to gain an overall understanding of the client business which enhanced his transactional and tax perspective of any transaction. He engaged himself in developing an active practise in GST and Litigation.

Partner
Janaani is a partner in "N V S R S". During her Articleship period she was engaged in various Audit & Assurance engagements including Statutory Audits for corporate entities from diverse industries.
She obtained her membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2017. Post qualification, she worked with a reputed private bank as a Credit Manager handling Large ticket and Working capital loans for a period of 3 years.
Then, she started her CA practise and joined N V S R S Chennai branch as a Partner. Her Domain of expertise includes Income tax, GST, Statutory, Tax audits, Internal Financial control audits etc.

She is also a trainer faculty for mock interviews conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India grooming newly qualified CAs and member of Career counselling committee of the ICAI mentoring students about CA curriculum. She is a Guest faculty with Ethiraj college for Women, Chennai.

Giridharan D, ACA, B.Com

Giridharan D initiated his accounting career at NVSRS and Associates as an article assistant, directly after receiving his Chartered Accountancy (CA) credentials in May 2022. His swift progression to the role of Partner in the organization reflects his profound capability and commitment. Giridharan is adept in a wide array of audit services, including statutory, internal, and tax audits encompassing both GST and Income Tax, as well as executing Internal Financial Control audits. His expertise across these areas demonstrates a comprehensive and nuanced grasp of the accounting discipline.

In addition to his fundamental audit work, Giridharan enriches the future of the profession as a career counselor affiliated with the CCI board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). His ongoing engagement in professional development is underscored by his qualification as a Forensic Auditor, attained through completing the Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection (FAFD) course with ICAI.
